Shipment to wrong address

the procedure for the replacement of wrong products sent by Infordata Sistemi to the Buyer can be activated within eight days from the receipt of ordered goods contacting the Infordata Sistemi’sCustomer Service.

Before this Infordata Sistemi suggest you to compare the “wrong” arrived item with the correspondent technical description and item photo present on Infordata Sistemi’s web site.

The forwarding cost for replacement of wrong items will charge Infordata Sistemi and the shipment must be arranged by TNT forwarder.

The wrong product must be returned in original (not opened!) package complete with all belonging accessories, documentation and any other item you received from Infordata Sistemi. The opening of the original package will be allowed only in cases when the information printed on the package doesn’t permit to identify precisely the contained product. It must be packaged carefully in order to avoid possible damages during the transport.

In the cases when correct product isn’t available on stock the Buyer will be contacted the Infordata Sistemi’s Customer Service in order to carry out an appropriate solution.
